Delivery:

To keep costs as low as possible anvetdirect will be using Australia Post for most delivery items and a courier for the larger items. The costs will vary on delivery depending on the size of the order. International orders will be charged at $17.

Regular post is not guaranteed and we can not take responsibilty for lost parcels

Returns:

In the case of there being a problem with the goods you have ordered and received please contact us to inform us of the problem.

After speaking to us:

  • Any goods found faulty can be returned freight free for a refund or replacement.
  • Any goods simply no longer required will need to be returned at customers cost and risk. Goods that are mislaid in the post are not the responsibility of Anvetdirect.

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery is available on the larger orders through Australia Post and all courier transactions.

Delivery Details

Your purchase will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched immediately.

Delivery times are:

to cities and surrounding areas please allow a week. For delivery to more remote or rural areas please allow a further two working days.

If for any reason an item is out of stock a representative will contact you.

Please note that Anvet Direct cannot be held responsible for delivery times slower than quoted that are due to Australia Post delays.

Overseas Products:

Some items may not be able to be shipped overseas for various reasons and are at the discretion of management!! Refunds will be issued along with an explantion. If you are concerned or unsure please drop us an email and ask!
